At Blanc Noir, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your order doesn't meet your expectations, we offer a seamless 30-day return policy for all unworn items in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in the original shipping box and ensure all designer tags and hygiene seals remain intact.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then affix it to the outside of your package over the original barcode.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
